I usually go running in the morning and run about 3 – 5 miles but sometimes I skip running and I work out at home lifting weights and Im kind of have of weak triceps and chest and stomach and somebody told me that if I lift weights muscle will push the fat out they told me to burn the fat by running and doing cardio exercises, so is this true that if I do weights muscle will push the fat out?!?
