14 year old weight lifting?


Question by bill: 14 year old weight lifting?
I just turned 14 a month and a half ago and I’m 5’11 and 185lbs, I want to get definetion as I already have a decent ammount of strength and I would like to work on abs a lot too, I’ve done little weight lifting before but I really have no definetion anywhere now so I’m starting from the bottom, and I have access to gym equipment but no cardio equipment and if I don’t have a lot of endurance for cardio, any advice helps such as food I should be eating and workout plans! Thanks

Lifting at such a young age will stunt further growth and since you’re 5’11 at 14, you have a lot left. Start at 16.
