I want to gain some serious muscle mass and I work out three days a week already but I’m taking as big as I can get without steroids. What are the best supplements and the best ways to get huge muscle mass increases. And should cardio be included every once in a while? And there is no point in telling me not to because I entered in a competition and it’s July 2 so I need help quick! Thanks

30g. of 100% Weight Protein before training and 30g. after + amino 2222 (3 tabs before and after) + vitamines will provide an effect…
