I am starting the gym again tommorow, i used to go.
what meals should i eat?
what else should i do?
Should i start slimming world again?
I cant spend alot on losing weight because its my parents paying until i eventually get a job.
I have a placement 2 days a week and school another 2 and one day off on monday.
what are some meal plans for
breakfast
lunch
dinner and snacks
i am 210 pounds and want to lose at least 3 pounds a week, and overall 90 pounds

Kudos to you for wanting to change your life the healthy way! First off, you should try hitting the gym 3-5 times a week, one day work on your thighs/butt another day abdominals and the other arms and back. Switch it up! You may also want to try Zumba its loads of fun & a great work out! If you can maybe ride your bike if you have one to the gym? Pick up yoga/pilates! Cut out all saturated sugars. No sodas, white bread, junk food. Try the vegan diet I lost 15 pounds a month on that alone. Eat loads of salmon, chicken, vegetables and fruit. You may have one or two cheat days a month 🙂 You can do this! It will take time but don’t give up! Good luck! Realistically if you continue to lose 3 pounds a week it’ll take 6-8 months 🙂
