Question by matt2fit: Weight lifting technique (size, strength, or endurance)?
Large Muscles Groups. What will this technique do/build:
a. Strength
b. Muscle Mass
c. Muscle Endurance

Example:

Exercise: Military Press

Set 1 120 lbs 8 Reps
Set 2 125 lbs 6 Reps
Set 3 130 lbs 4 Reps
Set 4 135 lbs 2 Reps

I have to explain this for a certification.
