Im terrible at dieting, but for the last 2 weeks i have been doing some type of exercising everyday. What else can i do to try to lose weight. I want to lose 40-50lbs, I still have not lost my weight from having my baby about a year ago and its time to get in shape because im tired of being chunky! When i go to the gym I usually jog or walk for about 30minutes and then get on an elliptical trainer for 15 minutes and then go down and lift free weights for about another 15 minutes. But for food i don’t eat the healthiest most of the time. I try to get my fruits in, but i am constantly on the go between working a full time job to taking care of a 1yr old and going to college full time. What else can i do to improve my features (my body i mean) that doesn’t really take that much time! Because i already understand that I HAVE TO WORK OUT. i just want to know what else i can do?

Pack all your food the night before. That way, you won’t be in a rush and slam down a bag of chips or something.

Don’t slack off. You have to be consistent. Also, make sure you’re pushing yourself in the gym. I see far too many people on a bike or elliptical, but they’re reading a magazine or talking on the phone or something. This is supposed to be hard work.
