Q&A: How often should i work out in order to lose weight?


Question by Shy Girl: How often should i work out in order to lose weight?
i work out at least 4x a week for an hour….but i try to do 6x a week…so what’s best?

i’ve also been eating healthy, well trying at least. i drink 2 1/2 liters per day of water.

Also please list other tips on what else i can do to lose weight.

dont overdo it. 4 times a week is fine as long as you are eating healthy. just give it some time
