Need help “bulking” up?



Question by Jason C: Need help “bulking” up?
I’m an 18 year old male weighing roughly 145 pounds and 6’0″ even. I ran cross country as a kid and never really “needed” or felt the desire to lift any excessive amount of weights or to gain any substantial amount of weight. But now I’d like to change that and start putting on real muscle. I was curious if there are any exercises and eating habits you guys would have in mind for helping me achieve any sort of results. I don’t always have access to the gym or any weights at the moment and am wondering if there is anything I can do to build muscle WITHOUT the use of weights. Any information is helpful….thanks.

Yes buddy, eat more carbo food and eat more meals.
