Hi, I used to weight lift but i stopped for about 3 weeks now because i have no time and now my muscles ache and hurt and there’s a funny feeling all the time near the muscle….

How often do u go 4 ur weight lifting session ? ‘Ur muscles’ need constant ‘weight lifting'(oxygen,exercise) or else ur muscles wil become fats/flab. ‘Funny feeling’ : ur muscles r starting to shrink in size(due to u hving no time to go 4 weight lifting). Consistency !
