Question by The Truth Hurts !: Do I need to lift heavier weights since my arms aren’t sore anymore?
I started my workout at my new gym on Tuesday and after my first workout my arms were extremely sore..but now my arms are practically fine again, when I lift weights they seem like just enough.. But should I add more weight since they aren’t sore anymore..and I know this is off the subject but if I’m lifting weights while trying to lose weight will it slow down weightloss due to the muscle being added ?

i wouldnt. I would do the same amount, but maybe do a few more reps on whatever workout ur doing. Gaining muscle is a slow process so dont rush it
