I have begun an exercise program recently after taking some time off from it.
I am not overweight and am pretty healthy and am watching what I eat. So far I’m doing 45 minutes of cardio 3 times a week along with 30 minutes of strength training.
It’s been about 3 weeks now.
When will I start to see weight come off and some results?
It appears I haven’t lost a single pound.

I work out 6 days a week for an hour and I just started seeing a little weight come off and that’s working out more than you so yours will take longer…also the skinnier you are the harder it is to lose weight people who are fat lose it faster than people a little bigger!
