Question by : Insanity: 1 month complete with a weight gain. Are there any visible results? (Photos)? I'm so frustrated. I finished the first month last night, and am heading into a recovery week. Although I feel healthier, having a weight gain is off-putting. My boyfriend lost 9lbs, and I eat healthier than he does. I've not skipped a workout, nor have I "cheated" food-wise. Why am I gaining weight? To me, there doesn't even look to be any results....
