I hear people talk about circuit training for weight loss. What does that mean exactly?? Is it effective in burning fat? Can someone give me an example of a good “circuit training” routine? If I do circuit training, should I still do an hour of cardio daily?

the days that you are doing circuit training you dont want to do cardio. circuit involves weights. do cardio on seperate days. but if you were to do a circuit it would be multiple exercises put into one routine repeated 3 to 4 times. say you did bench press squats dumbell bench and deadlifts for example. youre doing your chest muscles at one time followed by squats which gives the chest about a 30 second rest followed by another set of chest exercise than another legs. it is very good for burning fat but for a guy if they were to try and gain muscle not so much, EXHAUSTING at its finest as well.i hope this helps best of luck.
