Weight Loss Question?

Ok I am 14 years old and a female. I am 5’5 and weigh 154 pounds. I am going to start a runing and weugh lifting routine to get in shape and lose my belly fat and tone my body. I’m looking to lose 30 pounds. This is the running routine I want to start. I want to lose the 30 pounds in 3-4 months.

Monday: Run at an easy pace for 30 minutes

Tuesday: Complete a long run, 60 to 90 minutes making sure you reach your max heart rate by 60-80%

Wednesday: Run max heart rate for 20 minutes

Thursday: Run 40 minutes

Friday: Run 45 minutes

Saturday: Rest day

Sunday: Run 30 minutes max heart rate

I will also weight lift….so will I lose the weight in my desired time? How many calories would I burn for running for 30-45 minutes based on my height and weight? Any comments or advice, feel free to add!
