How long before I see good results if I lift this much…?

Question by Jonathon: How long before I see good results if I lift this much…?
Hey everyone, just wondering how long it takes to see some good muscle results from doing hard weightlifting (arms). If I lift 4-5 times a week for around 45 minutes each time, going pretty hard, how long should I expect for it to take to see some results? I’ll be hitting biceps, triceps, and pectoral exercises mostly. Also, I’m about 7-10% body fat and already have a lot of lean muscle but I’d like to build it up more. Thanks and just a rough estimate is totally fine, I know genetics and many factors play into this.
I usually take in between 1,700 and 2,000 calories a day, not taking into account the whey protien I’ll often add in.

The wight I lift as of now for my main focus groups:

Triceps- I rep 135 10-12 times
Biceps- I rep 35’s about 8-12 times
Fly’s- I rep 145 10-14 times

IDK, how much do you eat, how much do you lift (weight wise), how much protein do you take in each day. As you can see, a whole lot of factors play a role in this.
