Question by ?: Lift weights Twice A DAY!!??
okay.so i wake up everyday in the morning and go straight to running.after running i have a big breakfast.after breakfast can i lift weights.(i train for “tone”).then in the evening can i lift weights again?(an other muscle group).

i came back and read the lady at the bottoms answer
pro bodybuilders do that cuz well….they can
theyve built there bodies up to that point through years of hard work, dieting and good training schedules
your average joe wont see results doing that. your body cannot handle it, you may be able to get through the workout but youll regret it as u may not be as strong and could possibly overtrain
plus youll have to eat a load more calories to fuel these extrra workouts.
which is why you shouldnt train twice per day
once a day 3 times a weak
and you cant just tone your muscles, sorry to say you either build muscle or you dont
high reps is pretty much pointless and isnt doing you much good
if you want to look toned loose weight, otherwise you wont reach your goal
its all based on body fat %
