Cardio/Treadmill After Lifting Heavy Weights?


Question by I’m Just Sayin’: Cardio/Treadmill After Lifting Heavy Weights?
I Workout and i am in a good shape. I lift heavy weights but i wanna know what is going to happen if i went on cardio for like 2 or 3 minutes after my workout? i mean after i lift heavy weights.

For example if i just finished working out and lifting heavy weights then i went on the treadmill ( 2-5 minutes ) what is going to happen? Shape my body or lose the muscles i built?

You should do cardio first. I’ve tried the other way around and my legs just got shakey and I couldn’t do it.
