losing weight?


Question by rossman_2003: losing weight?
I have been working out for a couple of weeks. My daily workout includes running on an elliptical machine for 30 min which burns 410 calories then i ride the bike for 30min and lifting weights. I have not lost alot of weight and i have been eating less than usual please explain?

YOUR TONING UP AND MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. SO YOU SHOULD START SEEING A LOSS OF INCHES AND HAVING CLOTHES THAT FIT BETTER. GOOD FOR YOU. DON’T GIVE UP.
