Working out twice a day?

What are the benefits, i work out for an hour a day ,, and recently it doesn’t seem to be enough, i still feel like i can do more, basically what am saying is what are the benefits and what are the harms of working out twice in a day?

The work outs include lifting weights stretching and bodyweight exercises, i would be working out the same muscles twice a day and rest them for 2days.
