Difficult lifting weights!!!!?

I can go up to 90 lbs on machines but when it comes to free weights, its so hard!!! I cant do concentration curls for my life, but everything else ive got done. Any advice?

hey dont do machines you will stay weak and do this everyday twice a day. pushups give you the most strength! and concentration curls start from small weight then slowly go up to your limit ok i dont if this will help you but good luck and im 14 and 4 ft 10 inches and tips to get taller?
