Im 15 and overweight, i have a good bit of muscle too, I want a good body, something like taylor lautner out of the twilight series, I was wondering if i stop eating junk food, and drink lots of water and eat healthier and work out everyday by doing sit ups, crunches, push ups, and lifting dumbells and heavy weights, will i get the body i want?

of course! a good diet and excerise will definatly work 100%. Lifting weights will turn your fat into muscle and you lose the fats, your body will look more toned and will lose inches in size. Lifting weights also boosts your immune system so your body will burn fat alot easier. As for diet… change your lifestyle of eating and eliminate sugars, white processed breads and go for whole grains and whole wheat. Instead of junk food go for nuts and fruits. Also consider foods high in protein which will give you a lean and hard body. Good luck and don’t give up.. it will give you the results you want! And consistency is key!
oh and you should alternate between weight lifting and cardio. Both is important for weight loss
