Ok so here’s the deal,does working out with low weight/high reps builds muscle too, because some people told me that only heavier weights/lower reps builds muscle *confused*

you’re gonna build muscle no matter what reps/weight you do. Low weight high reps will allow you to tone whatever muscle you’re workin on. High weight low reps will get you stronger, like increase your bench and stuff. I used to do both in my workout.
