usually when i go to the gym i will go for an hour each time so i want to make sure im getting a full and good workout each time i go. I usually start with cardio for around 15-20 minutes then move to weights usually focused on stomach and love handles then legs and arm weights. once ive done some weights and i feel like ive burned a good sweat i move back to the cardio elliptical and stay on that until I leave the gym..would it be better to only stick to one thing for the whole time or is it less effective to do both in the same day…thanks for the help in advance!

p.s. i use the elliptical machine for a cardio workout cuz im a smoker and cant run that far..lol is the treadmill more effective though on burning fat??
20 yr old 140 lbs and goal weight of 120
