Should I lift weights everyday?



Question by Daniel F: Should I lift weights everyday?
I got a 15 pound weight and I was wondering if I should lift it 15 times on both arms. Stretch my resistances band, and punch my punching bag. After I get tire, I stopp from training and come back for another hour and continue doing it. Should I do this routine everyday?
