Question by : Arm sets and reps/workout for building muscle mass?
Im just looking for some good arm workouts. If you know a good one, post it.or if you can tell me how many reps and sets are good for building up arms.
PS If you can answer my last question it would be appreciated.

21s (google description) 3 sets
Preacher curls (dumb bells or easy curl bar) 3 sets 8-10 reps
Hammer curls 3 sets 8-10 reps
Sit on an inclined seat and do curls or hammer curls 3 sets 8-10 reps
Pull ups 3 sets
Reverse grip curls (google description)
There’s a lot more but those are what I do. Hope it helps!
