Question by bellhart: how can I Lose weight fast for summer?
I’m 15 years old, 5 foot 6 tall and weigh unfortunately 140lbs and want to weigh around 115-120 . I used to weigh 130-135 and exercised almost every night doing 100 sit ups 80 curl ups and a bunch of stretching. I would also occasionally lift a few 5 pound weights but i have carpel tunnel in my right hand and a fractured middle finger on my left hand so thats a little hard to do. I got really sick and wasn’t able to do my exercise then exams took up all my time. now i babysit from 6am till 7pm almost everyday and im exhausted by the time im done that i dont want to do anything. I want a quick fast exercise i can do for 5-10 minutes before bed to help me loose a few pounds fast. Any ideas? ps: sorry for the long question :S

What your asking is illogical, and you need to do aerobics and eat right. even though your a girl you dont have to be so obsessed with body image geez
