I am 15, 160 pounds. I want to lose 10 pounds pretty quickly. How do I do it? I already eat really healthy and I don’t have any aquiptment. I already do cardio(so don’t reccomend that). What will make me lose weight?

If you don’t have access to a gym check here for strength training exercises you can do at home. Strength training/weight lifting is really helpful for long term weight loss and for keeping the weight off and for boosting your metabolism. It really will make a difference.
