Question by ••xox••: losing weight? run, lift weights, what?
I have been trying really hard to lose weight i am much more active and eating healthier but its not working!
Nothing is working for me! What would you recomend is the faster most effective way to lose weight, like around the thighs and tummy,
PLEASE HELP! I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF MY FRIENDS CALING ME FATTY OR FATSO!

i bet people tell you to eat low fat food right?

well it can work only temporary.

DIET:
if you want a real diet to lose weight.
eat a diet high on protien/fat. NO SUGAR, and as low as you can with the carbs.

WORKOUT:
lift weights, aim for like 12-14 reps for each set.
when you run, do intervals of Sprinting, jog, Sprinting, jog,…etc.

That should do it. Eat like 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, and 1 glass of whole milk everymorning. you wont be dissapointed.

Oh yea stick with organic or as natural as you can with the food.
