Question by Evelin: Just started lifting weights about a week ago, how long before I see results?
I’ve been working out about 20-30 minutes every other day with weights and eating foods high in protein + a protein shake everyday. I’ve also been getting about 8 hours of sleep a night. At this pace about how long will it be before I start to see an increase in muscle size?
