I enjoy playing sports and exercising. I’m not training for a specific sport nor am I training for a marathon or anything as serious as that. I just like to be able to be competitive. That being said, some days I like to work out for hours at a time. I’m not retarded and I know the risks. I know my limits.
So, if I want to do some cardio and strength train in the same day, what should I do first? The follow up and probably more important question is why?
Also if it helps, I’m a 21 yr old male.
