Weight lifting workout for women?



Question by Rae’s Momma: Weight lifting workout for women?
I was researching online and read in a few places that weight lifting and and muscle training in general burns the most calories for women. If this is true what would be a good workout to do so I wouldn’t gain too much muscle? Im hoping to tone muscles a bit and maybe lose ten pounds or so…just little bits on different areas of my body.
It can’t be anything outdoors because I can’t bring my daughter outside and Im the only person that can watch her monday through friday.

yes the more muscle u have, the more cals youll burn at rest

lift weights, u can do the same exercises as guys do. But dont worry u wont get big and bulky. First of all u dont have the genetics. And second, take it from a guy who lifts weights, gaining muscle is hard, you wont just get big by accident.

but if ur looking to drop some fat u need to diet. muscle training isnt reallly best for fat loss, cardio and eating less are.
