weight lifting exercises?



Question by Marcus: weight lifting exercises?
i am 16 and i have been lifting weights for a little while i don’t go to a gym but i have my own weight set at home for my weights i lift 75 pounds for my bench barbell 35 on the barbell and 15 on dumbbells i am trying to look for a daily exercise i feel like i am progressing very slowly for i only add 5 pounds a month is that slow or normal

40-60 mins
an 4 different exercises a muscle
4 sets each
an eat more proteins, reduce carbs an sugars
an try an lift heavier
