Q&A: Arm exercises?

i exercise my abs and lots of other parts of my body but when it comes to arms it is a lot harder. Does this happen to anyone else. What are some pretty easy exercises other than weights. I was going to work my way up. If there are any good websites with plans please tell

i also do this one exercise that works out the arms:
lay on the floor on your side. place the hand that’s on the same side that you’re laying on on your waist. place the opposite hand on the floor in front of your chest. using this arm, lift your upper body by pressing up on your hand and go back down. the farther your hand is from your chest, the more the resistance. then after about 15 reps, switch to the other side and repeat.
i hope that last part made sense. i tried to find a picture but i couldn’t. i have trouble with my arms too but after a while, i do see results.
