Hi, I weight lift my chest, abs and biceps everyday, is this a good thing or should I make changes.

Muscles grow in recovery and rest periods when they are given enough protein. They don’t grow during workouts.. they get broken down.

No recovery/rest = break break break down… and no growth.

So basically you shouldn’t train a muscle more than once or twice a week. Giving them rest and a good diet is the only way they will grow.
