Q&A: Weight lifting twice a day?



Question by Chris L: Weight lifting twice a day?
Would it be overdoing it to do vigerous weightlifting and mild cardio in the morining around 9 am then normal weightlifting at about 10 or 11pm? also, since i take creatine and protein shakes in the morining, should i take them again at night?

no you should weight lift once every other day to give a chance for your muscles to repair
