Question by nyzz: Lifting weights help me lose belly fat?
Ive just turned 16 and im getting into weight lifting/ bodybuilding. Ive been doing it for a few weeks now with good results and i plan to continue. But i have probs about 3-5 kilos of belly fat which annoying the heck out of me as im trying to geta low body fat % to show more diefined muscle. So if i continue my weight lifting will the belly fat get burnt off or do i have to do more cardio aswell?
BTW i am quite fit and athletic and im on a bodybuilders diet aswell (lots of food)

No such thing as ‘spot fat reduction’. Your body will decide where the fat will shed.
Just keep up your athletic activities and eventually you will be happy with the hard work you put into it =)
