Q&A: Lifting Weights Everyday?

Question by Yamster: Lifting Weights Everyday?
Hey, I’m 15, male, 120 pounds, 5 foot 6. My goal is to gain muscle mass. I use 10 pound dumbbells everyday, but for different muscles.

I’ve noticed that I could do 40 forearm curls last week, and only 10 this week, and I’m also very tired a lot of the time.

Since I’ve been using weights everyday (for different muscles), are my muscles going to deteriorate now, and become small?

Should I do it every other day, even though I’m working out different muscles? Will this work? Am I possibly working out my arms even though other muscles are being focused on?
QUESTION: WHY could I do 40 forearm curls last week, and only 10 this week?

to gain muscles that look good dont work the same muscle everyday, do it every other day, doing it everyday causes it to just become strong and not look great, take a look at a farmer and youll see what i mean, as for being tired get plenty of rest, eat lots of protein and all kinds of vitamins,
