Question by jay t: weight lifting?
im 15 5’10 and 140 lb and started lifting about a week ago and wanted to know how long it will take for me to see results if i lift every day?

You’re already wrong. Do not workout everyday. This won’t give your muscles enough resting time! The next time you work them they will be weaker.
You should see results in a couple of months.
