Why do I get hungry so often once I start lifting weights?


Question by 드래곤: Why do I get hungry so often once I start lifting weights?
I started going back to the gym last week and ever since I started lifting weights again, I’ve gotten really hungry every couple hours or so even after eating a big, hearty meal. Is this normal? I would eat pasta, steak, two chicken breasts, rice, and a bunch of different vegetables all in one meal, and two hours later, I would be starving again! This did not happen when I wasn’t lifting.
