Question by Cure: How Long should i lift weights?
I weigh 130 5’6 and I wonna know how many hours a day and how many days a week i should lift weights
For toning purposes

at least 2 hours a day at least 3 days a week, different muscle groups each day, like upper body monday, lower body wednesday, abs friday. and lift lightly with a lot of reps if you want to get more ripped and more weight with less reps to get stronger
