okay, im not fat but im kinda hevy, im a size 8.
i want to loose weight fast but not too fast.
i am a musican and i notice that in my genere most people are small and awkward.
talent is one thing but looks are another.
Please Help!!?!

ok..1500 calories a day and 30 minutes of exercise everyday, so slap on those sneakers and hit the track !! That’s it..no magic, no lotions or potions just a plan that will work for anyone…good luck
