I’m trying to go from 130lbs to like 115lbs and I was wondering will I lose more weight faster with Jillian michaels 30 day shred or with doing 30 minutes of cardio a day. I eat well and about 1200 calories a day. I’m 5’3 if that matters.

circut training is cardio combined with resistance training… and building muscle is important for weight loss… so go with the 30 day shred
