    I had this mounted and keep it for reference for myself and my students. It’s big and a good refresher of what you can add to your repitoire, or can dream of adding-if you are not quite seasoned. One thing. Be sure you know the specifics of the exercise, this is a reference not a “how too”. There’s just not enough space to put all the specifics of good form. Nothing is a substitute for a great instructor!
