    Hello!
    I loved this workout. I’m in my 3rd trimester and it was definitely
    difficult for me, with the swelling and lack of mobility! But I loved
    having a workout that would challenge me a little bit and give me some
    pregnancy-safe workout moves.
    I was just wondering – is there any chance you could fill out the video
    with the full workout? So basically we could put on your video – and
    workout to the whole thing – for the full 20 minutes?
    I’ve been trying to find a pregnancy workout video that will take me
    through the whole thing, and this one would be awesome if it did!

    I did it and I’m pooped and took a more gentle approach. I wouldn’t
    recommend such harsh kicks. So I took it low on that
