    My shake- Oat bran or oatmeal fat free greek yogurt frozen strawberries
    frozen banana cinnamon peanut butter or almond butter fat free milk scoop
    of protein powder little bit of spinach if daring (actually quite tasteless
    and helps add more protein/vitamins/ minerals)
