I am so frustrated with this DVD. The content is legit. However, the presentation is extremely frustrating. Each one of the exercise demonstrations is only 10 to 15 seconds long showing only a couple of repetitions. It is indexed so each video plays independently of itself so as a result you have to scroll through each index for each section to each video clip in order to find the exercise you want.

This would have been better to have a long form video basically breaking out each body part and then each exercise and then to have a separate index going to each exercise so that you could pull it up directly if you want. This DVD does not give you a long form option but only the index option which makes it very, very, very difficult to view.

As someone said earlier, I hope that the producer will make a second edition of the video because the content is good and has a lot of merit. In the meantime if I could I would have given it 2.5 stars only based upon presentation. Good attempt.

This is a super solid program that gets right to business and doesn’t bog down with a bunch of fluff and filler, and there are no advertisements for supplements, or another course or anything, which I have seen with other programs.

There are an amazing amount of exercises covered, including many that were new to me, and most can be done with little or no equipment, which is great. Tons of variety with keeps my exercise routine from getting boring, so that’s a big plus. I feel like this really allows me to mix and match and customize, and I can go at my own pace.

There is some terminology and a bit of a learning curve on some of the exercises, but other than that, this is exactly what I was hoping for.
